1. Collect a representative sample in a clean container. Fill the colorimetric tube up to the marked line (approximately 15 mL). Hold the colorimetric tube carefully by the top. Put on the tube cap.

2. Wipe the colorimetric tube with a lint-free cloth to remove water spots and fingerprints.

3. Press the power button and place the instrument on a flat, stable surface.

4. Invert the colorimetric tube gently, then insert it into the instrument’s colorimetric slot, aligning the triangular mark on the tube with the raised triangular mark on the instrument. Close the lid.

5. Press the read button. The turbidity value will be displayed once the progress bar completes.
