What is the warranty policy for VVNA Instruments?

The main unit of our instrument comes with a one-year warranty, starting from the date of contract signing (or the date of shipment). Within the warranty period, we provide free repair services with no additional charges for instrument malfunctions caused by non-human factors. For malfunctions resulting from improper manual operations (such as inadequate maintenance, force majeure events, or errors caused by unauthorized parameter modifications), or for repairs conducted outside the warranty period, our company will provide paid services.

Users may also purchase the extended warranty service for VVNA instruments. During the extended warranty period, repairs for malfunctions caused by non-human factors will be provided free of charge.
